SICO-HUB-BTR

SICO HUB is a smart control panel which allows the control of PA actuators for ventilation purposes. The device is installed in the supply line between the control unit / power supply and the window actuator. The power supply is looped through.
SICO HUB can communicate digitally with the actuator via an internal BUS connection.

The variant SICO-HUB-BTR allows the control via Bluetooth and / or radio hand transmitter.

Safety Instructions for the Use of the SICO-HUB-BT(R) App

This app allows the operation of power-operated windows via Bluetooth. It is part of a remote control within the meaning of the European Machinery Directive / Machinery Regulation.

The provisions of the Software Clause GL2018 apply, supplemented by the following app-specific notes:

• The safe operation of the windows must be ensured independently of this app. A failure of the app must never result in a hazard.
• Power-operated windows can cause injury risks (e.g. crushing, falling). Suitable protective measures (e.g. pinch protection, fall protection) are mandatory.
• Use of the app is at the user’s own risk. The provider accepts no liability for damages caused by improper operation or insufficient safety precautions.
• The Bluetooth connection can also be established remotely. The operator must ensure that the access code remains confidential and is only available to authorized persons. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• In case of a lost connection, the last command sent remains active. The actuators will continue moving until the end position is reached. Stopping is only possible by disconnecting the power supply or by using a parallel control (e.g. ventilation switch).
• This app is not a substitute for safety-relevant systems (e.g. NRWG, smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems).
